Here is what happens at each step, what you do, and what we do for you.
1
Tell us about your case
A short form: your condition, what you need and any reports you have. It takes about ten minutes and you can add documents later.
Your condition, the treatment you are considering, your budget, preferred languages and travel dates.
Upload reports and scans when you are ready. Files are encrypted.
Create a profile with just an email. Sign-in is a one-time code, so there is no password to remember.
2
A doctor reviews it
Our clinical reviewer reads your case and signs off. Nothing is shown to you, and nothing is sent to a hospital, until a named reviewer has approved it.
A case manager organises your records. A clinical reviewer then records a decision: approved, needs more information, or not suitable.
If we cannot help, we tell you plainly rather than pass your case along.
Hospitals only see a de-identified summary to quote against.
3
Compare hospitals and doctors
You get a short list with profiles, accreditations and clear price ranges, chosen for your case. You pick the one you want.
Each hospital or doctor on your list comes with accreditations, specialties and price ranges, and the reason they fit your case.
Ask questions in chat before you decide. You are never asked to pick without information.
4
One itemised package
Treatment, stay, local travel and support in a single quote. A small advance confirms the booking, and the refund terms are on the quote before you pay.
You see what is included, what is not, the advance due and the refund policy. You accept, and your slots are held.
Your booking is confirmed once the advance is received. The balance is paid at admission.
You pay MedAmia only. We settle with the hospital and the other providers.
5
Travel, treatment, aftercare
One itinerary, one chat with your coordinator and a recovery plan for when you are home, with nurse or care-centre support if you need it.
Your itinerary brings flights, stay, transfers and appointments together, and your coordinator is a message away in the app.
After treatment you get a recovery plan, with a home-care nurse or recovery centre if you need one.
